They took my money and my phone because I wanted to upgrade my service. They took my money, then suspended my service so I can not use my phone till I pay them a reactivation fee of $25.00. I am locked out and unable to resolve this issue at this time. My web account has limited access to certain areas till I pay the $25.00 reactivation fee. They promptly hung up, I called back and was informed that they had new hours and were not available to help me. My bank account shows Cricket was paid in full and there was no shortage of funds, I also received a confirmation number from Cricket showing they had been paid in full. I told them they had the wrong information. When I called and asked why, they said it was because of a lack of funds. They then suspended my service and now want a $25.00 reactivation fee.
